What Is Stop Being Stuck®?
Stop Being Stuck® is a transformational coaching programme that sits within the Paseda360 family of coaching tools and methodologies.
The programme is designed to help you understand the beliefs, behaviours and patterns that may be influencing your choices, relationships, confidence and sense of wellbeing.
Many people arrive believing they have a confidence problem.
Often what they actually have is a pattern that no longer serves them.
Most importantly, Stop Being Stuck® helps you understand where you are today, how you got here, and what needs to happen next.
What Does Being Stuck Actually Look Like?
Being stuck can show up in many different ways.
You may:
- Constantly worry about what other people think
- Struggle to set healthy boundaries
- Put everyone else’s needs before your own
- Feel responsible for everyone else’s happiness
- Repeat the same relationship patterns
- Find yourself overthinking every decision
- Feel trapped by expectations
- Lose sight of who you really are
- Feel disconnected from the life you want to be living

From the outside, life may appear perfectly fine.
Inside, however, they know something isn’t quite right.
How The Programme Works
At least 72 hours before our first session, you’ll send me a written synopsis.
There is no special format and no need to write perfect prose.
Simply tell me what you think I need to know.
Many clients send between one and three pages. Some write more. Some write less.
The purpose isn’t to create a polished document. The purpose is to help you begin making sense of your story.
I review your synopsis carefully before we meet and begin identifying themes, patterns, beliefs and areas for exploration.
Step 01
Your Personal Synopsis
At least 72 hours before our first session, you’ll send me a written synopsis.
There is no special format and no need to write perfect prose.
Simply tell me what you think I need to know.
Many clients send between one and three pages. Some write more. Some write less.
The purpose isn’t to create a polished document. The purpose is to help you begin making sense of your story.

Step 02
Session One
Our first session lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Together we explore your synopsis and begin to make sense of where you are today.
We’ll look at:
- What has brought you here
- What feels stuck
- What matters most right now
- Recurring themes and patterns
- Areas where greater clarity may be helpful
Many clients tell me that this conversation alone helps them see things differently.
Step 03
Session Two
Our second 90-minute session takes the work deeper.
Together we explore the beliefs and behaviours that may be influencing your decisions, relationships and experiences.
We’ll consider:
- Which beliefs continue to serve you well
- Which behaviours support the life you want
- Which patterns may no longer be helpful
- What might be time to let go of
- What you want to strengthen moving forward
Awareness comes first. Choice follows.
When you are ready, we’ll explore what needs to stay, what may be time to let go of, and what could help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Step 04
Living The Learning
Over the following weeks, you begin putting your insights into practice.
This is where real change happens.
You may start approaching situations differently, making different choices, setting new boundaries, challenging old assumptions or responding in ways that feel more aligned with the person you want to become.
Some changes happen quickly. Others take time.
The important thing is that you have space to test, reflect and learn in real life.
Step 05
Follow-Up Review Session
Approximately 4–6 weeks after the start of the programme, we meet again for a 60-minute online review session.
This session gives us the opportunity to:
- Review what has changed
- Celebrate progress
- Explore any challenges that remain
- Strengthen what is working well
- Identify your next steps
Clients often tell me this session helps them recognise just how far they’ve come and gives them confidence to continue moving forward.
The programme is designed not simply to create insight, but to support meaningful and lasting change.
My Approach
I am an Advanced Paseda360 Practitioner and fully accredited to deliver the Stop Being Stuck® programme.
I also draw upon Positive Psychology, NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Event Havening and Limitless Light Therapy where appropriate.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
The tools I use will depend on you, your situation and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Some clients benefit from exploring beliefs and behaviours. Others need practical strategies, emotional processing or simply the space to think differently.
Together, we’ll find the approach that best supports the changes you want to make.
